Hi, I'm Rachel Clarke,
My fitness career spans over 13 years, and I first began
as an aerobics instructor at David Lloyd in Leicester, after completing my Y.M.C.A Exercise to music I went onto broaden
my qualifications by completing a gym instructors course, which enabled me to teach and put together gym programs for
people through the use of gym equipment. I was then employed at Ragdale hall for 15 months, where my
expertise in teaching was expanded. I completed a wide variety of fitness classes, and this lead to finding
my niche in training and teaching Pilates and further work at a club in Earl Shilton. Since then I have found myself
fortunate enough to be able to teach pilates as a profession.
After giving birth to my first daughter who is now 9, my aim was to train fitness classes only, and
slowly get back onto the fitness circuit within Leicester. I now teach for Demontfort University and Bosworth
Community College, and have since widened my clientele through teaching my own classes at Kirby Muxloe Free Church
and teaching several one to one sessions.
